I started working out with Adam in the start of 2013. I couldn’t even bench 50 lbs but after 6 months of training I was lifting close to 200lb. my main focus was to get bigger but adam showed me the importance of incorporating cardio and leg workouts which helped me get bigger and improve my overall endurance.
As a smoker, I used to feel groggy and slow but following adam’s diet advice, I noticed significant changes in my body within the week as I changed what I was taking into my body. I wasnt feeling as groggy and had more energy throughout the day. I still continue to train with adam and go to him for advice or answers to questions considering my body. I can now go to the beach and proudly take my shirt off. (Which every guy secretly wants to do!)
